Morten Aamodt, the 2nd naturally strongest man in the world, “feels the difference” with Zinzino

By Zinzino

There’s a surprising natural aspect to strongmen. Unlike bodybuilding, which is focused on bulked up, aesthetic appeal and a lot of oiled-arm flexing, being a strongman and the naturally strongest man in the world is about physical strength – who can lift the most, not who looks best on a podium.

For Morten Aamodt, professional strongman, the 648-kilogram monster tire-flip is his idea of a competition. Weightlifting comes with a lot of stereotypes. We sat down with Morten, Norway’s real-life ‘hulk.’

What’s your name, age and sporting profession?

I’m Morten Aamodt, a 27-year-old professional strongman.

What awards and recognition have you received?

I achieved second place in the World’s Strongest Natural Team Competition and Europe’s Strongest Natural Man. I also placed in the Norwegian Championships in single events. I hold two records in my country: the 648-kilogram monster tire-flip and carrying 14 children for five meters.

How did you first hear about Zinzino?

My brother sold me on Zinzino coffee 10 years ago and I still love it! I also include Zinzino’s wellness products in my daily regime.

What was your understanding of the Omega-6:3 ratio as a professional athlete?

I knew about the Omega-6:3 ratio but I didn’t have a complete understanding of the overall benefits that come from it, especially for an athlete.

What was your initial ratio?

My first result before using BalanceOil was 3.6:1. It was quite good actually, probably because I always consumed salmon and mackerel, as well as taking Omega-3 supplements. I followed a strict diet, but since taking BalanceOil+ daily, I have never felt better and my Omega-6:3 levels are now optimal at under 3:1.

What Zinzino products do you currently use?

Of course, BalanceOil+. I also take the supplements Xtend+ and Protect+, plus I love the food products Energy Bar and LeanShake, as well as the coffee.

Tell us about your experience with Zinzino.

I have only good things to say about Zinzino. When building up volume and strength before competitions, I’ve noticed that my body now feels like it is performing at its optimal levels, with normal brain function1 and immune function2.

Did Zinzino help you as an athlete?

Definitely. I feel that I perform better when working out and my immune system is functioning at its normal levels2.

What about the mental benefits?

I tend to focus on the physical advantages, but I do believe I’m not worried as much about my performance and overall optimal health now that I take Zinzino products.

Should people consider taking BalanceOil?

Yes, 100%. Zinzino WANTS you to succeed and have a healthy, balanced life. Their products give you that.

Is Zinzino just for athletes?

It’s for everyone, from young children to the elderly. Regardless of being active or inactive, whether in top shape or just starting a wellness journey, we all need balance. Zinzino allows you to stabilize and harmonize your body and life, and achieve greatness.

Do you take other supplements or health products?

Yes, but only energy products before and during workouts. Zinzino has me covered for everything else.

Explain your experience with Zinzino in two words.
