- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 3 tbsp rice malt
- A sachet of Zinzino Vanilla LeanShake

How to make this wonderous healthy cookie.
Follow these simple five steps:
- Preheat the oven to 170°C
- In a bowl, pour the Vanilla LeanShake, almond and tapioca flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, spices, cacao nibs, malt syrup and crack egg
- Mix all the ingredients well and mix into a smooth batter
- On a baking tray, roll the mixture into small balls and flatten (as they expand in the oven)
